Fairness
and equality
City Fire Training commit to working to maintain a workplace and training environment
that supports an individual’s right to dignity and fairness. All persons who work with us, visit our training centres
or support our schemes are expected to uphold this principal. All of our staff, clients and delegates will be treated equally
and respected for their individuality and diversity. Bullying, intimidation, disrespect and harassment of any form are not
accepted by us and will not be tolerated.
All persons working with us or using our facilities or services have a duty and
responsibility to uphold this Fairness and Equality mission statement.
Health
and Safety
City Fire Training is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients, delegates and staff. We promote
and preach our high fire safety standards to all those that visit us or at their premises.
CFT carries out
dynamic risk assessments of its working environment to ensure the safety of those we are with, and encourages visitors and
delegates to challenge any situation they feel comprises their health and safety.
Complaints
or disagreements
CFT welcomes feedback of its services. We are delighted to receive positive feedback
and will consider the content of any constructive criticism.
If however, you have a complaint, email or call us with your concerns and we will
investigate and respond to you.
Fire
Training
City fire training provide fire training solutions and fire safety solutions that meet with government
guidance booklets. Our fire training courses, including fire marshal courses and fire extinguisher training courses are
designed to meet fire safety standards that will compliment the findings of your fire risk assessment.
In addition
we provide fire training in the use of disabled fire chairs, and carry out office and workplace fire risk assessments in accordance
with PAS 79 methodology.
