Terms and conditions of City Fire Training Ltd
These are the terms and conditions for joining the City Fire Training Ltd (CFT) fire training club,
booking bespoke services or courses, for organisations booking courses to resell to other organisations, booking delegate
spaces on open courses provided by CFT, trading as City Fire Training.

Course bookings
CFT members may only book places on courses once their full annual fee
has been paid to the CFT. CFT members are limited to sending
5 delegates per training course, but may attend multiple training days throughout their membership period. CFT attendees
must pay the full fee of courses prior to attendance. We will send you an email confirming your provisional booking(s) on
the course. Delegate spaces will be held for 14 days from booking. Payment must be made within this period
or places may be offered to other delegates. Bespoke training course fees must be paid in full 8 weeks in advance
or if booked within this period within 7 days of receipt of our invoice, but in any case not less than 2 weeks before the
course date.
CFT member rules
The following rules apply to CFT
members.
* Up to 5 people from your company on any single course (subject to spaces)
*
One joining fee per premises.
* Your staff must show up on our courses. If you have more than 10 no-shows you
will need to re-register (£100 penalty applies)
* Bookings on courses are on a first come first serve basis.
Confirmation email and joining instructions
On receipt
of your payment we will send a confirmation email of your course spaces(s). Joining instructions, including venue details,
will be sent with your confirmation.

Disabled delegates
Please inform us if the delegate has any specific requirements.
Cancellation by customer
City Fire Training delegates on CFT open courses will be refunded if they provide 10 working
days notice of the course date. An administration cancellation fee of £25 per delegate
will be incurred. Clients booking bespoke courses / services will incur the following cancellation
fees:· Cancellation
4-12 weeks before event, cancellation charge of £250· Cancellation 0-4
weeks before event, cancellation charge 100%. CFT Ltd may waiver this cancellation fee at its discretion.
Organisations booking courses to resell to other organisations cancelling 0 - 6 weeks prior to course will incur a cancellation
charge of 100%, 6 - 12 weeks 50 % cancellation fee, all other courses 25% cancellation fee. Resellers supplying courses
marketed by CFT will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelling within 12 weeks of confirmed course.
Cancellation by CFT Ltd
CFT Ltd reserve the right to cancel, amend or alter course content, course dates
and/or venues without liability. In the unlikely event of this occurrence, changes will be notified to
the person booking the course spaces by email. It will be the client’s responsibility to inform their staff / course
delegate of any changes.
Limitation of liability
This
condition sets out the entire financial liability of CFT Ltd (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its
officers, employees, agents and sub-contractors) to the Customer in respect of: (a) any breach of the Contract; (b) any use made by the Customer of the Services or the Training Materials
or any part of them; and (c) any representation, statement or tortious act or omission including
negligence arising under or in connection with the Contract. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common
law are to the fullest extent permitted by law excluded from the Contract. Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes the liability of CFT
Ltd for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for any damage or liability incurred by the Customer as a result
of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by CFT Ltd.
Subject to these conditions:
(a) CFT shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business,
depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of use, loss
of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges
or expenses; and
(b)
CFTs
total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise
arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Contract shall be limited to the price paid
for the Services.
